This is a hero, meaning working, reproduction of the Mk X Tricorder used during the series (the DS9 Mk X's had a red scanning bar at the front, whereas the VOY Mk X's had yellow). Features over 80 LEDs, and includes sound. Activated by flipping the door open, just like how the screen-used units operated. Powered by a rechargeable Lithium-Ion battery (like what you would find in your cell phone, but with a higher voltage). Body made of vacu-formed styrene with resin door, just like the screen-used originals. Displays professionally-made graphics, made in the same manner as the ones for the screen-used Mk X's. **NO LONGER IN COLLECTION, BUT KEPT LISTED FOR INFORMATIONAL/REFERENCE PURPOSES**
