This is a 3 piece outfit Micket wears in episode 4 of season 2 for the Halloween party. It consists of a Neighbor Safe baseball cap, a gray security shirt and gray pants. The shirt is in a very dirty state from the filming. And it should be noted there were multiples of this outfit used for the various states of dirtiness.
