Matty’s (Atticus Shaffer) blue jacket costume from David S. Goyer’s 2009 horror The Unborn.

Matty wore his rain jacket costume when possessed by the evil Barto (Ethan Cutkowsky) and kills Romy (Meagan Good). The costume consists of a blue PVC rain jacket with checked cotton lining and fake prop blood spattered down the front. It is child-sized but includes no size labels. Also included is a grey and white striped t-shirt (size ‘XS’), a pair of Old Navy boot-cut jeans (size ‘6 slim’) and a pair of blue Converse shoes (size ‘UK 13’), which display the actor name ‘Matty’ handwritten inside the tongue in black pen.

Apart from the intentionally distressing with prop blood, the costume exhibits wear from production use, including scuffs to the shoes and a missing metal snap fastener back on the blue rain jacket.
