Star Trek: The Next Generation, Mark 1 TR-107 Tricorder (Vital Technologies)

This is one of the Vital tech. TR-107 mark 1's. I had this for years maybe 4 years since(2004). this are vary hard to come by now days and I have the lucky opportunity to own An an early edition of them.
I have all the original papers such as the Box, COA, Manual, Windows 95 CD-Rom, and Registration card.
the COA is signed by Tim Richardson and is numbered 00187 out of 10,000.
As of now, I can't get it to function but when I do, I will update my pictures.
