"Malcolm McDowell’s shield from a costume fitting held during the preproduction of the Stanley Kubrick classic, A Clockwork Orange. This tribal shield was wielded by Malcolm who played the role of Alex in the twisted movie during a costume fitting at Kubrick’s house in Abbot’s Mead, and a picture of this can be seen on page 413 of the giant book “The Stanley Kubrick Archives” which goes into enormous detail with behind the scenes access and a wealth of information on every production he made, including never before seen pictures such as this one of Malcolm McDowell."
