A colorful head on painting of Joan Crawford, possibly an alternative version for the one used on MOVIE MIRROR magazine in June of 1934 to advertise this film. The used one is softer, has uncurled hair and changes the veil cap, but the artist may have used a still from Joans preceeding picture DANCING LADY, shown above. The cover used was painted by famed pin up artist Zoe Mozert, who did 400 covers in this time, including several others of Joan. Mozert is claimed to be in the top 4 of the greatest pin up artists.
