Scanner used by the Military Assault Command Operations troops assigned to the NX-01, first seen in use in third season episode Anomaly, and again by Major Hayes while attempting to locate and rescue Hoshi from a Xindi vessel in episode Countdown.

Metallic blue painted plastic case, with black rubber accents. Functional electronics including back illumination of the translite viewer, multiple LEDs on the scanning face, and lasers at the outer margins, each controllable by a separate hidden switch on the handle.
