Stargate Universe, SGU, Lucian Alliance Anti-Personnel Mine

original movie prop

In second season episode Malice, Lucian Alliance prisoner Simeon escapes the Destiny with Dr. Park as a hostage, placing her with a bomb on her back just on the other side of the Stargate in order to set up an ambush and delay pursuit. Nicholas Rush has to somehow disable the bomb's proximity sensor (more accurately described as an anti-handling device) before detaching it and tossing it to explode at a safe distance.

Included are both a static rubber stunt bomb (presumably thrown at the end of the scene) and a resin hero prop with extensive detailing, removable yellow acrylic sensor crystals, white illumination of the crystal mounts, scrolling red LEDs on the face, and a ring of cycling red LEDs around the perimeter.  Electronic effects were originally controlled with a wired remote, but it appears that there were problems with this, as the remote was disconnected and replaced with a battery pack attached to the back of the device.  The hero prop was also extensively damaged at some point after its use onscreen, with the faceplate broken into several pieces (some missing), and two of the four peripheral LED banks no longer functional; the magnetically latched cover seen onscreen is also missing.
