Hellboy, Kroenen ninja helmet replica (not Sideshow)
Sideshow Collectibles movie costume
This replica of Kroenen's "ninja" helmet (seen primarily when in the Mencken Library) was sculpted by a member of the RPF.
All paintwork was done by myself to match the movie prop and rubber strapping and buckles were found and attached to match those found on the Sideshow helmet (as reference images of the back of the film used helmet proved impossible to find).
I also cut and installed tinted acrylic lenses and chin mesh and created a lot of the piping on the sides to match the screen used helmet.
The only thing missing is the leather neck flap - something which i have not yet figured out how to make to a high enough standard yet.
