This is an original extra Klown head foam rubber pull that was made for the movie but never painted or modified. You can see examples of the stages FX artists went through to make these foam rubber pulls come to life in the special features section of the dvd. The pull is signed on the inside by the movie's creators Stephen & Charlie Chiodo. Charlie Chiodo signed the styrofoam display head also. Thanks for looking.
