From Scream, this is a Funworld mask modified by production with a KNB hood and strap. I believe this mask is screen-matched to Drew Barrymore's opening scene where the killer is running around the inside of the house while Drew is hidden, watching from the outside through a window. This would be the first Ghostface mask to be seen on film, and apparently a mask the production did not yet have the rights to use but used anyway. The smokey interior of the house and the heat from the stove fire could have played a role in the yellowing of the mask. This mask was later cut-up by Principal Himbry (Henry Winkler) in an alternate take of the expelled teens scene. The mask was also seen in the Still Screaming: The Ultimate Scary Movie Retrospective documentary (2011) and has a letter of provenance.
