Judge Dredd, Judge Dredd Lawgiver
original movie prop weapon
This lawgiver is the best non-hero one I've seen. It features a thick gauge metal barrel and plastic inserts instead of paint for the blue square, red triangle and red parallelograms. It also has a flat plastic lens over the double whammy barrel. The plastic is hard but the gun is hollow, and at 13 oz it is lighter than the resinated fibreglass stunt lawgivers.
