This is the coat Rourke's character wears when they rob the coin store early in the film. The cuff has the remnants of some fake blood from that scene. The coat is easily identifiable on screen in this pivotal scene in the film.  

Rourke is famous for keeping his props and costumes as part of his contracts, so items such as these from such a well known early Rourke film are rare.
