“John Williams” (S5E03) You can see it in the beginning, and then on the shelf in the living room. You can also see it in (S5E02) the Sketch "Wedding Flip Flop". If they ever release an HD dvd for season 5, I'm pretty sure in the Wedding Flip Flop sketch, the plaque on the award is still the John Williams plaque, like they didn't change it for that sketch.
