This the shirt worn in SAW 2 by Tobin Bell as John Kramer aka Jigsaw in the flashback scene where he tries to kill himself by driving off a cliff. The shirt has the hole where John was impaled by a metal bar as he crawled out of the car. The shirt is non-bloody. The bloody shirt was used for the part of the scene where John pulls the bar out of his wound.
