When CEC engineer Isaac Clarke finds himself alone and trapped aboard the gigantic planet cracker spacecraft USG Ishimura, his first defense against the Necromorph monstrosities is this high-energy mineral cutter manufactured by Schofield Tools. Delivering a narrow superheated ionized gas beam guided by a triple laser locator, the plasma cutter proves to be adept at dismembering and decapitating the reanimated mutated corpses standing between Isaac and salvation.

Full size and heavy, this plastic and metal replica is reasonably good but suffers from some noteworthy flaws: The firing head doesn't swivel between vertical and horizontal modes as in the game, and the distinctive triple spot laser sight is created from one split beam rather than 3 separate ones. Also, the included metal carrying case incorrectly indicates that this device is a product of the Timson Tool Company.
