Outlander, Hrothgar's Special Effects Sword
original movie prop weapon
This is a cut-down effects version of Hrothgar's sword. Made with the same quality bronze handle as the hero sword, but has an aluminum blade cut off a couple of inches before the cross-guard. This would have been used in a scene where someone get's stabbed. The actor would be holding this piece against someone chest to look like the sword is stuck in him.
