This "real" cup was crafted from clay and decorated with gold leaf by Alan Castillo in Malta according to the traditional over two thousand years old method. The outside was detailed to replicate the original prop pictured in the famous book "From Star Wars to Indiana Jones: The Best of the Lucasfilm Archives", while the shape was inspired to the one seen in the scene where Indy gives the holy water to his mortally wounded father Henry and saves his life.
