This PADD can be seen and screen matched several times in the beginning of the movie when the Son'a are in the observation room above the Bak'u village. The last blurred picture can be seen much clearer in real time watching the movie but impossible to get a clear screen cap of it. Also, later you can see the PADD on Picards desk.
