This costume was worn on screen during the 'death scene' involving Vera and Dolores, worn by Kathy Bates as Dolores Claiborne in the Stephen King adaptation. It is a 3 pc outfit consisting of a floral patterned smock, a button up blue & white blouse/shirt, and a pair of dark green pants with an elastic waist. I bought this 3 pc set at an online auction held by Starwares with a COA issued by them before they transferred ownership of the company. This is one of my more treasured items, and will be in a display soon!!
