This is a copy of the Vlad Dracula coin. You can see a profile of Gary Oldman as Dracula on the front of the coin, and the Dracul Family Dragon on the back. This is 1 1/2" in diameter, approximately; it is plastic painted golden.
P.S. you can see coins like this from several deleted scenes in which Jonathan Harker (Keanu Reeves) encounters and steals this currency during his escape, and offers it to nuns in a Cathedral.
