From Scream, this screen used KNB EFX mask was featured heavily throughout the movie. It's screen-matched to many scenes but it's probably best known as the mask Drew Barrymore comes face-to-face with through the window of her house during the opening scene. It was even worn on-screen by Henry Winkler. The mask has a lot of history behind it having been featured in many documentaries, behind the scenes photos and videos, promotional images, and even the background image of the Scream DVD menu.
