This costume is from the 2007 film "In the Name of the King: A Dungeon Siege Tale." It was worn by Aaron Pearl who portrayed General Aziel in the film. The costume pieces include a green tunic like shirt (worn under the mail and not visible in the photos), a mail shirt comprised of pressed and hardened leather squares linked together with metal rings, a gorget with emblem and attached golden colored cape, pauldrons, metal bracers, and metal greaves with poleyns and fan plates. I think in the film the actors wore a layer of sheepskin or something similar under the bracers.
