Team America: World Police, Gary's full-size Harley Motorcycle

original movie prop

This is one of the full-sized (puppet-size, that is) Harley V-Rod motorcycles used with the actual Gary (voiced by Trey Parker) marionette during the 'Pearl Harbor Sucked' song. This particular bike was used during the close ups where the motorcycle was actually attached to a pole mounted in front of the camera. The large metal mounting bracket is still attached to the bottom of the motorcycle. The scenes using this setup are pretty obvious while watching the movie. There's some differences on this bike compared to the one or two others that used, detailed below. You can also see the wires that lead to the various lights on the bike that still work. The motorcycle is about 28 inches long.
Here you can see two details that are unique to this particular motorcycle used in the production. The first one is the little black wire-ties that are holding the light-wires against the handlebars. The other detail is the red wire (again, coming from the lights) that's clearly visible on-screen.
