A Nightmare On Elm Street 5: The Dream Child, Freddy transformation head

Used in the film's climax when Freddy posseses the main character Alice. There were three heads built to depict Freddy emerging out of Alice. This head being the last stage. The head still has original sweater attached and when cable is pulled Freddy will still grimace.

| I think you can even see this piece in New Nightmare (1994) too, during the first nightmare scene where two of the F/X crew is killed. Nice!
