A Nightmare On Elm Street 3: The Dream Warriors, Freddy Krueger's HERO Retractable Metal Bladed DEATH GLOVE

original movie prop

Featured in the "Never Sleep Again" The Elm Street Legacy Documentary. This is one of the most unique gloves ever created for the entire Nightmare series. This glove was created by Scott Nesselrode. It is the ONLY METAL glove created for all the Nightmare on elm street films that features retractable metal blades. The glove is in perfect working order as if it just came off the set. The leather glove itself is covered in blood and is signed by Scott Nesselrode. The black metal rod that is attached to the glove supports a tube which supplies blood to all the finger tips. Scenes from Nightmare on elm street 3 required this special glove with it's unique one of a kind feature. Developmental cost on this very famous and very collectible movie prop was in the excess of $30,000.00. This was given to Scott Nesselrode by Peter Chesney as a Thank You for building the only glove that actually worked. This glove was used to stab Will the "Wizard Master". It was also the same glove used to kill Nancy in the most unforgetable scene in Nightmare 3. In that scene you can see the blood squirt out of the finger tips of this glove. This was used again when Freddy is on top of Kristen and says "Your mine now little piggy" and Nancy grabs Freddy's arm and stabs him with his own glove giving it the nickname "The Death Glove" by the part 3 crew members.
