Donnie Darko, Frank The Bunny Mask

original movie costume

Why are you wearing that stupid man suit? --Frank to Donnie

A troubled teenager is plagued by visions of a large bunny rabbit that manipulates him to commit a series of crimes, after narrowly escaping a bizarre accident. This is Frank the Bunny’s screen used mask from the 2001 thriller, Donnie Darko. Frank is a six foot tall bunny rabbit that only Donnie Darko can see while making Donnie commit various crimes and often talks about time travel. Later in the film, Frank reveals he is from the future and actually a boy Donnie's age that Donnie shoots at the end of the movie because he accidentally runs over Donnie's girlfriend Gretchen. Along with the studio COA the mask still has remnants of hair stuck to the inside edges of the mask where the hood would’ve been attached to the mask.
