These arm guards make up part of the Foot Soldier costume that was worn by actor and Wushu Master Daniel Pesina in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze (1991).
These items were obtained directly from Daniel Pesina, who played one of the Foot Soldiers in the movie and starred in the Mortal Kombat games as Johnny Cage, Scorpion, and Sub-Zero.
