This prop gun was one of two guns screen used by Starbuck (Katee Sakhoff) or Number Six (Tricia Helfer) on the final episode Daybreak, Part 2 of Battlestar Galactica (2009). It is a metal Airsoft gun based on a Heckler & Koch MP7A1 Machine Gun, obtained directly from the show armorer through an auction house. This specific gun was also screen used in shows Stargate SG-1, Stargate Atlantis, and Supernatural.
