The Railway Man, Eric's Timetable & Reading Material

These are the Books that Eric (Colin Firth) removes from his bag & places on the table he shares with Patti (Nicole Kidman) during their train journey. They comprise: A hero timetable (a production made cover has been glued onto an existing timetable) - We see a close up of this & Eric studies it (lots of handwritten slips of paper - some of which Eric uses in the scene), "Highland And Islands Of Scotland" book (that we see open with Eric reading it) and a small "British Railways" Book (dark cover) that we see closed on top of the pile throughout. Also includes an unused "back up" timetable cover. These came direct from production & were contained in a clear plastic production sleeve with scene numbers & info.
