The Railway Man, Eric's Hero Necktie With Nice Backstory

Colin Firth's hero necktie. This tie can be seen in the wedding scenes with Nicole Kidman as Patti and also the funeral scene. A nice touch is that this tie (Colin had two) is identical to the actual necktie worn by the real Eric Lomax (see pic), and several of the production cast and crew fronted up at the film's premiere wearing the same tie, in honour of Eric. This necktie also featured on posters.
