This is a screen used bandanna from The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1. The bandanna has a map of district 13 printed on it. Effie Trinket is seen with this bandanna wrapped around her head. I do not believe that this was one she wore in the movie. However, it was definitely used in the film.
