Made of human flesh, this is Darry's (Justin Long) tatoo throwing star belly button insert as found in the throwing star in the tire of the school bus.
This well made and very realistic piece was made and inserted into the Creepers throwing star for the school bus scene and later removed to reuse the throwing star again later.
