Spaceballs, Dark Helmet “Planet Pith” Desert Helmet

The only prop helmet made for this memorable scene where Lord Helmet demands that his troops “comb the desert”. While the hinges are still present, the original visor that would swing open and closed to reveal Rick Moranis’s face has sadly long since disappeared but to complete the display both with accuracy and with a mind to in no way permanently alter the rest of the 100% original and one-off prop, Tom Spina and his amazing team we contacted to create a new visor and “sandy” display base featuring a period accurate hair pick with tiny combing lines.
