I created this original novelty item several years ago, inspired by the general concept of Dilithium Crystals so often mentioned in Star Trek TV episodes. The display is made of an acrylivc base supporting a real Quartz crystal, covered by a clear acrylic dome. The base houses a battery pack and auto-changing LED that lights the crystal with continuosly changing colors. The labels (front and back) were produced in Photoshop and printed on self-adhesive plastic label material.
