The TOP 'SECRET' folder is pivotal to the plot of the whole movie franchise as this folder contains the security code to gain entrance to the hardened nuclear bunker at Crystal Peak. This is where John Connor the future leader of the resistance takes his post for the first day battling skynets best efforts to destroy humanity. The folder is padded out with many de-classified 'TOP SECRET' papers that largely relate to the Cuban Missle Crisses.
