This is the X Ray that used in the scene where Morgan and Rex are both impaled thru spikes. This X-Ray can be CLEARLY seen in 2 parts of the scene... Once, when Morgan first wakes up and plays the tape recorder, theres an upclose shot... and also in a scene where Rigg walks past it discovering the grisly crime scene.
