This is the complete outfit worn by Cassandra in episode 2 of season 4 of the Librarians.
It consiste of a brigh floral neck scarf, shiny crimson Dirty Laundry boots which have been altered to include lace ribbon as the laces. A short floral crimson skirt by Cosette, a violet unbranded top and an H&M shirt which has been altered to include a pink collar with jewel embellishments. Also not pictured is a peacock brooch.
