This is a jacket (and t-shirt) worn by Harry Lennix as Boyd in the Dollhouse episodes "Getting Closer" (S2:E11) and "The Hollow Men" (S2:E12). It can also be seen in flash-back scenes in "Epitaph 2" (S2:E13).
