During the movie Scre4m, the Stab-A-Thon (2009-2011) was an event held in Woodsboro, California to mark the anniversary of the 1996 Woodsboro Murders, which became the basis of the Stab slasher horror series. The event was founded by the Woodsboro High Cinema Club as a Stab movie marathon and drinking party organised by club president Charlie Walker and vice president Robbie Mercer. The third annual Stab-A-Thon took place at Fort Dillon Road in September 2011.
