Serenity, Bank Currency Note Set

A set of bank heist notes from Joss Whedon’s 2005 adventure sci-fi film Serenity.

The crew of the ship Serenity try to evade an assassin sent to recapture one of their members who is telepathic.

These notes and others like them were made for the film for the heist scene at the beginning of the movie and in the Maidenhead bar sequence where River (Summer Glau) has a breakdown watching the Fruity Oaty Bar commercial.

Comprised of five bank notes in total, the pieces are made from thick paper, the red bank note has 'Five Hundred' printed on it with a colourful dragon and planet design on both sides. The notes display some light distressing to look used and worn but remain in overall very good condition.
