This is Bailey's (Diora Baird) Hero bloody costume worn in Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning. This particular costume was worn during the accident scene (where the Jeep rolls over) and throughout the rest of the film as well. This costume is tagged as HERO. Looking closly at he costume, you can clearly see where the piece of glass was embedded in her stomach; the same piece of glass that Sheriff Hoyt tears out of her and licks the blood off.
