Saw II, Autographed Needle Pit Syringe w/ Metal Tip

This is one of the needle pit syringes used that still has the metal needle attached. The needle tip was cut off to make it blunt. The needle was used on Shawnee Smith's stunt chestplate and/or on her prosthetic arm. The syringe is also autographed by Shawnee Smith ("Amanda").
