Super 8, Argus Cube

Super 8 is a 2011 American science fiction film written and directed by J. J. Abrams and produced by Steven Spielberg. The film tells the story of a group of children who are filming their own Super 8 movie when a train derails, releasing strange white cubes. This is one of the screen used shape shifting Argus cubes seen in the film which is found that when magnetically assembled construct the alien's large spacecraft.
