Iron Man, Arc Reactor Extractor

Obadiah Stane used this device to pull the arc reactor out of Tony Stark's chest, after immobilizing him with a sonic taser. Production notes specifically indicate that this is the hero extractor used by Jeff Bridges. The spring-loaded center plate and prongs are controlled by the curved handle. The longer prong extensions as seen briefly in the film were added CGI.
