Selfmade replica of this iconic prop from the movie "The Shawshank Redemption". What makes this prop unique is not only what it represents on the movie but also the fact that only one was made. The prop has survived production and Tim Lawes from The Prop Store of London, is now the lucky owner of this amazing prop (Frank Darabont himself was pleased to know the prop is in good hands). My replica is made out of a real King James Bible. For the hammer shape cutting part I decided not to ruin the original book so I made a second book out of regular paper. Copies of the middle pages were made on special paper and then all binded the same way the original Bible is.  The cutting part does take time but is a lot of fun doing it.
