Star Trek: Enterprise, Ancient Cave City Concept Art from the episode Extinction

This is an 11 x 17 copy of preliminary production art that went to department heads, in this case to Dan Curry, VFX Supervisor, for approval for use as the view of the alien cave city that Captain Archer sees in the episode "Extinction". The artwork has Dan Curry's "Approved" and signature on the art, meaning that this version was approved for consideration for the final drawing as seen in the episode. As you can see from the screencap, there were some alterations made to the drawing so this version was ultimately not used in the show, but it is pretty close. I recently purchased this drawing as I really like the way that artist John Eaves visualized this alien city.
