Given to Robin Hood by Herne the Hunter, Lord of the Trees.
This is a modern, carbon steel replica. Brass fittings, as per the originals. Etched blade with celtic symbols and saxon runes.
A number of versions of the sword existed in the show. This version was regarded as the third version, first seen from Series 2 "The Sword of Wayland" episode.
