This absinthe spoon is of the style used by Ewan McGregor and his absintheur neighbors in the "The Hills are Alive" Green Fairy musical segue, a brief excerpt of which can be seen here:

Other absinthe spoons of various styles are seen throughout the film, but this style is especially prominent in this early scene.  A small but highly emblematic piece of the classic Belle Epoque musical.
