unknown production (movie), A Coat of Arms purchased from Warner Brothers Studios

This is a coat of Arms that was purchased from an auction of Warner Brothers Studios props several years ago. It appears to be altered to show a bat and a crown. However, to the best of my knowledge, Warner Brothers never made a Dracula movie, so I'm curious as to where it was used or why it was created. I have been informed that this is a coat of arms from the city of Valencia, Spain. The bat is their symbol.
